SHIPPING

Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days. We do our best to get packages out as quickly as possible. 

We currently offer shipping through USPS. Shipping method is chosen at checkout. 

Free Shipping over $100: These packages ship USPS First Class package, USPS Priority mail, or UPS ground. Cheapest shipment method will be chosen on all free shipping packages.

USPS Priority: This service typically delivers in 2-3 days but is not guaranteed. 

During the Holiday Season: We will try to ship packages in the most reliable method. Once a package leaves Wild Plains, we are no longer responsible for them. Please insure your packages!

Parcel Post: When parcel post is chosen at checkout, package may ship UPS instead of USPS as it is a more reliable shipper. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Each USPS Priority Mail® package, with some exceptions, may include up to $100 of insurance. These packages are ONLY insured against loss, damage, or missing contents, this does not include stolen packages. Claims must be filed no later than 60 days.

We do our best to assist in completing USPS claims. However, there are instances where they are rejected. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We do regularly ship to countries outside of the United States. Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days. We cannot guarantee shipment arrival times. 

Please note: International shipments delivering to customers outside of the USA may incur VAT or Duty tax. Wild Plains does not collect or remit these taxes and will be collected by your local governing authority or the delivering courier
